Michael Allen Rogers

Biography:

Michael Rogers is Professor Emeritus at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Currently Michael is on the Board of Directors of IRMA Collaborative in Latvia. Before teaching at the Rochester Institute of Technology Michael was head of the Aichi University of Education Glass Program in Japan for eleven years. Travel is an important aspect of his practice. Of interest are ideas revolving around identity, metaphor, impermanence, ephemerality and the transitory nature of life.
